I watched and pondered the state of mind of Mrs. Spitzer as she stood by her man…
I remembered the vows that I made so many years ago… broken now…need you ask why?
I couldn’t have imagined myself standing by anyone, let alone “my man”
Of course, that was me, this is Mrs. Spitzer. I must say I really admire her courage for whatever reasons!
I hope that her standing by her man in public humiliation and such outrageous violation of the marriage covenant will in some way bring healing and hope in the days ahead.
